Vanuatu - northern half, 1997
After being preserved for several days (in the grey drum on the left), specimens destined for the Smithsonian Institution were wrapped in muslin (in centre) and stored in 200 litre (44 gallon) drums (on right) ready to be shipped back to Washington at the end of the trip.
