Felicity Roos worked as a short-term Technical Officer in the Fish Department in January 2007.
Felicity registered a large collection of freshwater fishes from the Murray River, New South Wales. The specimens were collected by Dr Dean Gilligan and colleagues from NSW DPI Fisheries, Nerrandera, New South Wales.
Prior to this stint of work, Felicity worked in the Fish Department as a volunteer for six months doing a range of collection management duties, library work and larval fish sorting. She also did six weeks of paid work in September and October 2005, during which time she sorted fishes caught in the Hunter River.
