The Fish Section has been fortunate to receive the help of many volunteers over the years. Much of what is achieved would not be possible without their tireless support. Thank you to all.

Sorting and identifying Coral Sea adult fishes. Barbara has also worked with John Paxton identifying myctophids.

Processing freshwater fishes collected by NSW DPI, Fisheries. Each time Mick visits Sydney he works voluntarily in the Fish Department. He has also worked as a paid employee for both the Fish and Marine Invertebrate Departments where he has performed a range of collection management duties. View larger image.
