Enchelycore pardalis (Temminck & Schlegel, 1846)
The image shows a Dragon Moray photographed at the Ogasawara Islands, Japan.
This species is found in marine tropical waters of the north-western Pacific.
Two species of Dragon Morays, genus Enchelycore, are found in Australian waters, E.bayeri and E.ramosa (view fact sheet).
