Multimedia interests

In 1995 Bill Rudman developed a series of 10 DOS-based interactive computer disks for our new search & discover centre.

The success of these disks has led to the development of a series of Windows-based Information Disks (with up to 40 large images and 100 pages of text). At present, disks on Australian Frogs, Australian Cicadas, Australian Spiders, Rocky Shore Ecology and a screensaver showing Invertebrate Diversity can be bought from the Museum Shop. More disks are in preparation.
