Night talks
Internationally acclaimed scientists, environmentalists and academics from all disciplines take part in Members lecture series. These lectures are usually held at the Australian Museum in the early evening.

A relaxing way to enjoy the Australian Museum's many special exhibitions - after hours, with some light refreshments and often with a short presentation by an expert in the field.

The Australian Museum is great for families. There are many activities organised by Museum staff, especially at weekends and in the school holidays, and Members usually includes events for families in its program.

Bush walks
Members are fortunate to have a number of supporters who lead day bush walks in the National Parks in and around Sydney. A word of advice... book early.

Behind-the-scenes
The collections held by the Australian Museum are superb and behind-the-scenes tours are held exclusively for members. In the last year members have been able to explore the mammal, insect and lizard collections - many more tours are planned for the coming months.
