There are ramps and lifts that enable access for prams and wheelchairs to all exhibitions and levels of the Museum. A wheelchair accessible toilet is located on Level 2 at the entrance to search & discover near the lifts. A baby change room is located at the back of Skeletons, Level G.
On Level G, male and female toilets are located opposite the Information Desk. On Levels 1 and 2 toilets are located near the visitor stairwell.
* Please note lower ground lift access for wheelchairs and large prams is intermittent during our current revitalisation building project. Please phone 02 9320 6000 during business hours to check lift accessibility from William Street to the exhibition spaces.
The Museum has a café and a large diner, both located on Level G. Both are open every day except 25 December.

Enjoy an espresso coffee, morning and afternoon tea or modern Café fare from the menu. Children's menu available. Seats approx 30.
Open 9.30am to 4.45pm
Light snacks, sandwiches and a selection of hot dishes available in a friendly, family style environment. Seats approx 100.
You can also bring a packed lunch or snack and eat it in one of the parks across the road. You will need to pick up a re-entry ticket from the Admissions Desk on the way out.
