Web in a box was a joint project between the Australian Museum and Sydney Water, which helped schools and community groups learn more about natural history and cultural heritage.
When it operated Web in a box used available technology to link scientists from the Australian Museum and Sydney Water with school and community groups throughout New South Wales.
Web in a box participants were able to talk to and see each other in real time, providing increased access to the Museum's vast bank of knowledge and scientific collections.
The Web in a box program how now ceased.
